Alex possesses more than 18 years of experience in advising private equity/venture capital funds and specializes in providing federal and state tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, and closely-held and emerging-growth companies in the broadcasting, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, shipping, technology, professional services, and venture capital industries.

Alex has considerable knowledge of international, choice of entity, initial structuring, state and local, equity compensation, succession planning and transaction tax matters. 

Alex graduated from Baruch College, City University of New York with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) with degree in Finance and Investment and with B.B.A in Accounting. Alex for many years has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) accredited from State of New York.
